Our Story

Clinton Insulation was founded in 2018 right here in Clinton, Iowa - a city where winters are long, homes are old, and a drafty house is something too many families learned to just live with. The founder grew up in the area and saw neighbors paying high utility bills every winter, not because they were wasteful, but because their homes were not properly sealed or insulated.

Clinton has a large share of homes built before 1960, many of them wood-frame structures with wall cavities that were never adequately insulated. Sitting on the Mississippi River, the city also deals with humidity levels that push moisture into crawl spaces and basements if nothing is stopping it. Those are the problems Clinton Insulation was built to solve.

Since 2018, the team has worked on homes across Clinton, Camanche, DeWitt, and communities on both sides of the river into Illinois. The work ranges from simple attic top-offs to full crawl space encapsulations. The approach is always the same: show up when we say we will, do the job right, and leave the customer with a home that actually performs.
